DRiP
tracks the passage of time, not really a clock, but something moving in that direction.
DriP reminds us that time has a way of eroding even the hardest materials. A single drop of water falls once a minute onto a marble slab, eventually boring a hole through it. The time of the drop can be changed through the code. It might be interesting to add some kind of timing control to the circuit, allowing the user to set the interval.
This project continues the work in my short-duration/long-form series, where we have the opportunity to experience the same piece multiple times through different methods. Small changes over time amount to large changes, and when viewed at different stages throughout life, the form takes on new meaning.
